Frankfort 5s South Business Park

The Frankfort 5S South Business Park is a designated "Build Now-NY Shovel Ready" site. Water and sewer infrastructure installation is complete. This site, commonly referred to as the "Pumpkin Patch", is Herkimer County's newest industrial park. Nearly 200-acres, extremely level and HCIDA-owned, this site is ideally located alongside NYS Route 5S in the Town of Frankfort. Within five minutes from the NYS Thruway via limited-access highway, it is ideal for either large "big-box" warehouse and distribution purposes or small-to-medium sized, light industrial projects.

Schuyler Business Park

The Schuyler Business Park is a "Build Now-NY Shovel Ready" site. Located on Route 5 in the Town of Schuyler. This 99-acre site has municipal water service, National Grid electric and gas, fiber-optics available,and commercial zoning. The NYS Thruway (I-90) and NYS Route 12 are both less than ten minutes away. With the "Build Now-NY Shovel Ready" status, this pre-permitted business park has building lots available to fast track your project. Schuyler Business Park offers suburban industrial privacy with close proximity to the amenities of an urban area.

Frankfort 5s North Business Park

Located in the Village of Frankfort, this 36-acre, fully-serviced business park offers some of lowest cost electrical service available in the country. In addition, it is located immediately adjacent to NYS Route 5S, which is a limited access, four-lane highway, less than five minutes from the NYS Thruway (I90).

West Frankfort Industrial Park

Located just east of the City of Utica, in the suburban Town of Frankfort, the WFIP is fully-serviced by municipal sewer and water, and natural gas and electric service from National Grid. Highway access to the park is excellent with the NYS Thruway (I-90) only four miles away. Rail service is available in nearby Utica.

Manheim Business Park

Located on Barker Rd., outside of the Village of Dolgeville, this prime, newly acquired, HCIDA-owned, 30-acre site is a choice venue for businesses considering the eastern end of Herkimer County. Via nearby Rt. 167, the park is approximately ten minutes north of Exit 29A of the NYS Thruway (I90).

HCIDA MISSION

Herkimer County Industrial Development Agency (HCIDA) is a public benefit corporation created by the Herkimer County Legislature under the New York State Industrial Development Agency Act.

Its mission is to help create and retain job opportunities within the county by marketing the area to prospective new business and industry and by providing assistance to existing companies in the region looking to expand.

The HCIDA serves as a coordinating agency for a variety of lending and financing programs offered by local, regional, state and federal agencies for the purpose of job creation and retention.
