The Frankfort 5S South Business Park is a designated "Build Now-NY Shovel Ready" site. Water and sewer infrastructure installation is complete. Schuyler Business Park
The Schuyler Business Park is a "Build Now-NY Shovel Ready" site. Located on Route 5 in the Town of Schuyler. This 99-acre site has municipal water service, National Grid electric and gas, fiber-optics available,and commercial zoning. The NYS Thruway (I-90) and NYS Route 12 are both less than ten minutes away. With the "Build Now-NY Shovel Ready" status, this pre-permitted business park has building lots available to fast track your project. Manheim Business Park
Located on Barker Rd., outside of the Village of Dolgeville, this prime, newly acquired, HCIDA-owned, 30-acre site is a choice venue for businesses considering the eastern end of Herkimer County. Via nearby Rt. 167, the park is approximately ten minutes north of Exit 29A of the NYS Thruway (I90).
